This will be fun. I do have a couple of questions though. Before this thing starts taking off and word gets out, have you set up rules and guidlines for the bloggers to follow? Also, do we have someone who is going to watch content. Sometimes things can get heated if someone doesn't understand the motivation behind a comment.
one last thing, cant seem to get my name so you know who is blogging, got any tips for newbees.

Igneous rocks. we are on fire!
Metamorphic rock. We change under pressure.
Sedimentary rocks. We lay it down on the line and we are all lined up in this together.
Hasta ahora, hemos tenido mucho trabajo pero todo el personal, desde los conserjes hasta las secretarias, hemos contribuido en una forma u otra para el bienestar de los estudiantes y el clima de la escuela. Lately, we have been under much stress, but from the custodians to the secretarial staff, all of us have contributed in one way or another for the welfare of the students and the culture of the school. Go Rams!
maybe metamorphic should be more like we become more united under pressure and heat. and we even start to shine more. YEAHH!!

The teachers and staff have created a caring environment where all students feel welcome. It is warming to one's soul to work in this school.
